Chicken with Broccoli

Chicken with Broccoli
Serves 4
Elements:
2 entire chicken bosoms
1 extensive head or 2 little heads broccoli
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sherry
2 tsp corn flour
1 container great chicken stock
1 tbsp olive oil
ground new ginger to taste. I use around 2 tbsp (keep crisp ginger in the cooler, and when obliged mesh it straight from cooler)
1/2 container cashew nuts or whitened almonds
Fresh Fried Rice noodles or Orgran Rice Pasta
Bearings:
Cook noodles or pasta.
Skin the chicken, cut into pieces.
Wash broccoli and break into little stalks.
Join together salt, searing, and sherry in a dish, blend well.
High temperature oil in wok, include ginger, panfry 1 moment.
Include chicken, panfry 1 moment.
Include sauce mixture and broccoli, bring to bubble, mixing, decrease high temperature, blanket and stew 3-4 minutes, including more stock if fundamental.
Include nuts, serve noodles or pasta.
