One of the best known Polish comedies from post-war generation. The odyssey of a man through Poland from 1939 to 1950, in a changing world that appears to have no spot for him. We watch him from his youth to his first love, from his unwilling inclusion in Facist legislative issues to his capture and detainment in a POW camp.
